Chef Sam creates an elegant and unique approach to Vietnamese cuisine, highlighting the cultural beauty of each region and harmoniously blending local ingredients and spices with modern culinary techniques. Meanwhile, Chef Bruno complements the menu with an innovative iteration of Korean cuisine, showcasing signature dishes that have been meticulously crafted together with Executive Chef Sung Anh, more popularly known as a judge in Netflix’s Culinary Class Wars.
